Products are shipped via Fastway couriers.

If you live at a rural address, Fastways will hand on to your local rural delivery service for the final part of the delivery. Please indicate if you are rural delivery when ordering so the correct courier stickers are used. Otherwise awkward delays can occur, with your parcel enjoying an extended holiday in the back of a courier van.

The average time for delivery is 4 working days from order, however this will vary according to your location and whether you are on rural delivery. Also, TrapWorks is located out in the countryside and parcels are only dropped off in Te Puke for courier pickup twice a week.

So to roughly estimate your delivery time: Average delivery time nationwide is 4 days. Deduct a day for urban delivery from Auckland to Taupo. Add an extra day for rural delivery. Add two days for South Island.

If you are in desperate hurry for a trap, because a nasty cat is raiding your chickens, then let Neale know so he can send the trap extra quick. Neale has free range Silkie chickens, and knows how fast they disappear when the local wildlife acquires a taste for them.

International orders are shipped via NZ Post and are usually delivered by the destination country's national postal service. International delivery time is often around 8 days.
